I think almost all those injected manifold crack given enough time. Yes, they can be welded, but it isn t a simple task. Cast iron is not happy about being welded. I m no expert welder, but I think part of the process involves preheating the whole manifold up to a pretty high heat before starting the welding. You might look around for a solid one somewhere first. You can always get the clunky combined intakeexhaust manifolds from a B20B and chop off the intake portion.
